So over the summer I had a lot of trouble with my eating habits. I tried to loose weight as was successful. I lost 10 lbs by basically doing a mix of starving myself and throwing up after I ate. I got to one point where all I ate was 125 calories a day. I eventually made myself stop that and I have gained back that weight but now I just want to start starving myself again because I'm that fat friend. I don't know what to do!!?? How can I loose like 20-30 lbs the right way??

My lips get really dry and chapped during the winter. Thw=e problem is, I absolutely hate hate hate putting any sort of chapstick on my lips. For some reason, I just can't stand the feeling of anything, and I do mean anything, on my lips. I've tried really gentle, soft ones and applied just a little bit, but I still can't wear it! Do you have any ideas on how to get un-chapped lips without using chapstick? (BTW sorry this was so long!!!)

 

Hey Lady Grey, drinking lots of water may help. You can try exfoliating with a toothbrush(not the same one you use to brush your teeth with of course) and warm water for a few minutes in the morning. But most importantly don't lick them, chew on gum instead. Hope this helps! Xoxo
