Im just turned 12 and my mom won't allow me to wear makeup.I wear lipgloss.what are some thing you think are reasonable for my age.and do you know any makeup tricks?or any diy makeup?

hey Girl, talk your Mom about compromising. I know that a lot of my friends had to be "cleared" by their Moms before they left the house. If they weren't approved, they had to go remove it all and couldn't wear any makeup for the rest of the day.

Lip gloss is a great starting point. Some girls like to wear coverup if they break out a lot, but I think starting with some light eye makeup is easiest.

I feel like this break has gone by way too fast, and I've been lazy doing nothing. But the thing is, there's nowhere to go, none of my friends are in town, and I've done absolutely nothing productive except for homework. We're leaving to go to a lodge tomorrow for thanksgiving, and we'll come home on Saturday at about 3:00 PM. I feel like there is nothing to do! I want to just hang out with my friends and everything.

 

hey girl! I think you should take advantage of the "me-time" you're being given. read a book, watch a TV show you've always meant to get hooked on, bake something, try an adventurous recipe, go shopping by yourself, take a hike....there are so many fun and interesting things you can do by yourself!
