I'm a freshman girl. I have always been interested in dance and gymnastics, but never done it so do you think it's to late to start? Also, I just want something to do. Something where I can meet people, boys specifically and girls I guess too. Something that won't take up my whole schedule, but I will look forward to. Suggestions? Thanks

Hey Girl, you can start any sport at any time and it's great that you want to get active. Generally gymnasts and dancers start at a very young age and you might have difficulty finding intro levels for your age group, and they can be really time consuming but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. If you're really interested in meeting guys, scratch those and look for a co-ed team like swimming or track. You'll get to practice side by side with the boys and girls. Have you ever thought of ball room dancing? It's actually a lot of work and you would get to dance with guys all the time. I hope this helps.
