i dance for like an hour a day go 70 crunches and 40 sit ups and 15 push ups its been to weeks and i hav not lost anything!!! why??

i like squat jumps and v-ups
@bunniesrock14 you should try squat jumps or killers. for squat jumps: squat down, then jump as high as you can. land back down in a squat. I suggest trying 10 at a time. For killers, get down on one knee, jump as high as you can and then land, switching your knees. Try to land gently on your foot and then lower yourself down so that your knee just touches the ground. Try 7 on each leg (count to 14). Your legs will be fit in no time.
