okay so i am wondering what should i eat for my meals? i am trying to loose weight. here are my options. will you please tell me if these meals would help me loose weight along with exercise? thanks!
breakfast: low fat strawberry yoplait and 2 slices toast with butter and white milk.
lunch: nothing cause i don't eat lunch...i wake up very late every day... and eat breakfast at about 1:00pm every day, don't worry my doctor said it's fine.
snack:almonds and nutella
dinner: i don't get to choose, my dad makes it. probobly about 550 calories..
so is this good? thanks


Hey girl, don't ever miss a meal, its really bad for your body. Your body is trained on eating 3 full meals a day. Your breakfast, dinner and snacks sound fine, but you should definitely start packing atleast a light salad for lunch.

I'm a big time skier, luv it so much, cross country and downhill. I think i'll also do the polar bear plunge, but where i live the water is like right above freezing point!

I love to snowboard and once I did go jumpimg in cold water butthat was around October last year. Lately, were I live we get less and less snow every year so it's hard to pick a day to go sledding when it melts after a couple hours.

Keep your salads lightly dressed. Too much dressing on your fresh greens can hold more calories than you think and leave your salad soggy. Yuck.
