wait so u use the same coco but in a different cup???? and doing this wont get u gaining calories and fat? that seems way to good to be true

Hey girlie,

Putting the same drink in a different cup won't make the nutrition any more healthy or make fat go away, but I think what the study is suggesting is that if you use a lowfat or lowcal drink in a certain color of cup it will still taste awesome even though it's better for you.

I read online that if you put oranges in some water after you peel it, you get the vitamin and everything you need. I tried it and it tastes super duper good!!!

Hey girlie, two bagels starts to get high in carbs and calories. Try one bagel with some extra fruit instead. Otherwise, great breakfast!

Option then the sweet and sour chicken also what
Would be a better appetizer then egg rolls or crab

hey girl! well, each restaurant is different. the best way to know is to call the chinese food place and ask. or, see if they have a low-fat or low-cal section on the menu. but at the end of the day, it's just one meal, so don't stress if it's not the healthiest. you're there to hang with your sister, not fret over eating a few too many calories!

Okay, my siblings and I were weighing our selves and checking our bmi...and I got a shocking 15.1! My sister said I'm 20 pounds underweight. What should I do?




Hey babe,

All body types are different. Sometimes your metabolism just works so quickly that it's difficult to be at a "normal" weight, that doesn't mean you aren't healthy! Just make sure you're eating right and if you ever get worried see your doc and they'll be able to let you know where you should be as far as your weight is concerned. xoxo

I am going shopping for an iPod with my Grandma as my christmas present and then we're going to have lunch. I'm doing it this weekend and I always get reallllllllly stressed out about it because I always freak like "what if i regret it? i can't go through with this." and such. How can I calm down and enjoy my self?

I have been struggling with my weight for years. I always plan on starting to diet and exercise, but I can never seem to make it happen! It is really frustrating because I can never make myself stick to a diet. Any tips?

Hey girl,

If you are trying to eat healthier, try eating more fruits and veggies and whole grain stuff, but let yourself have treats once in a while, too! If you want to exercise, maybe you could take a class with a friend or sign up for an extracurricular together, or run together after school. It will be more fun with someone else, and you can hold each other accountable!
