Okay, so you're saying that people should sleep more to help with the whole weight thing, and it sounds like a great idea to me because I'm predisposed to genetic factors like diabetes and arthritis. The problem is, I can only sleep for so many hours before I wake up. Eleven on a good day. What can I do to help me sleep longer?

Interesting. Makes sense for me though, I am really petite and I sleep pretty long. I get 12 hours of sleep every night.
