Posted it wasn't a bad question it was just advice for me because
Iv been feeling REALLY sad angry and annoyed lately mostly sad
Today I screamed at my sisters finance and my sister kept picking on me
And I was the one who got in trouble when she was the one picking on me
That made me feel even worse I don't know if it's because I'm getting my period
Or not because I feel this way even when I'm done my period
I just really sad and irritated I feel like EVERYONE is always picking on me
I know this is gonna sound bad but I screamed at my sister to and I didn't even care

 

hey! we all feel angry and sad from time to time, sometimes for reasons we don't understand, and that's ok. What's important is that you don't take these feelings out on the people around you. You must acknowledge your anger, express it healthily through an outlet, like writing or something else that works best for you. Don't try to ignore these feelings, or they will just get worse. My crush is coming over this afternoon to hang with my bro, and I seriously don't know how to act. If I talk to him my family will prob find out that I like him, but I don't want them to. Or does it matter if my family knows? So please give me some tips on how to make him notice me and btw he is 15 and I am 13 so I don't want to seem like the little sister!

hey! Just ignore what people are saying and if you don't like him anymore, be his friend. If that's what he wants too, like he says, than this should all work out fine
