Mod mod! i have about 5 pounds to lose. Because of my dissabilities, i can't exercize.
I heard that eatting 500 cals less every day will have u lose 1 pound a week.
My doc said i cant really exercize. The problem is, i don't normally
Count my cals. So haw am i supposed to make sure i eat 500
cals less, if i don't already know how many cals i eat?
Also, what is a link that i could click on , or a " key word" to
search for on your website, in the search bar that would get
me to one of the furst articles in the "get fit fast" or "health/fittness" category?

i do like all of these as my everyday exersice !!! hahah in gym we do the we do the burpees but we stand up and squat down and go into a pushup come back up and stand up ahhaha and in gym class the negative pushups we call them flat tires haha
