Hey Girl, I want you to know that I am trying my best to answer your questions while remaining appropriate. From experiencing something so traumatic, you are bound to be affected by it.  You need to report it and give as much evidence as you can to ensure that justice is served. You can be allergic to anything even water or sunlight. I would tell you to stay away from that.

Honestly Girl, in situations like this I don't think you should worry about being polite. It's more important to be firm in what you say so it happens. And try locking your dog with a bowl of water in your room so he stays safe.

"Usual" is definitely not the right adjective. It could be possible that there could be a correlation between  the two (I really don't know the statistics) , but many people are able to overcome it and become successful later in life.
