Pads are not an option because the workout is really hard and an hour and a half long. It's realllly uncomfortable running so hard and long on a pad. And instead of exercise making my period lighter it just makes it heavier, so an hour and a half is equal to much longer. And even if it weren't for all that, the pads I use would need to be longer. But that would make them even more uncomfortable so I don't want to. And we have to do ab work too, lots if crunches and pushups, and that makes me bleed even more.
Hey flutist99, ok yeah it sounds like tampons will be better for you. It seems like you were nervous about inserting it, but it's easy. Get the smallest size so it won't be uncomfortable for you. Prop one leg on the shower and maybe grab a mirror so you can see. Then take your time putting it in, and you're good to go. Think that will work for you? Xoxo

Help! I feel like my period is coming up and that wouldn't be a problem except I usually get it in the morning and now that it is summer I am going to a really challenging running camp. Pads are not an option so I will need to use tampons. I don't know how though and I get up at 5:45 and I am picked up by my friend's dad at 6:10. If I get my period suddenly I can't learn how to use a tampon in such a short amount of time! What do I do if I get it? Should I just call in sick and skip that day? I don't want to because every day counts and I'm missing so much anyway because of vacation. Is there anything else I can do? All I need is to postpone it for 2 days, then I will be on vacation. Is there anything for that? Thanks!

Put it in the waistband of your pants/skirt/whatever or in your bra. You could also just have a small case that you could say is makeup and bring that with you.

if your waring jeans you could shove a pad in your back pocket and pull your shirt down over it so no one sees it.

on Tuesday may 7 2013 i'm 12 and at school my periond leaked through my pads and undie and jeans should i switch to a thicker pad or should i change it more often.
