Hey girlie, if it's enough that your panties are getting wet and uncomfortable, then absolutely! Wearing pantyliners is great because it'll keep you dry, prevent any unexpected leaking from your period and it won't feel like you're wearing anything extra.

Omg i know that feeling. One time i got my period in school and it flowing heavy and even left a mark on my chair and the whole entire class wass laughing except for maybe two.
