I have three questions:
1. I've always thought that I'm chubby and need to lose some of my tummy, but it turns out that I'm almost underweight for my height and age. I still want to lose my stomach though... is that ok?
2. I'm trying really hard to be healthier. I'm eating better, but it's really hard because my parents aren't the healthiest. Is there any tips for me to be able to say no to the junk food? It's really hard.
3. Are there any fun workouts that burn calories fast? I'm into soccer and WILL run, even if I don't like it. Pilates are fun too, and I want to (again) lose my stomach.

Hey! 1) well, you just don't want to do anything unhealthy. Staying physically fit is a great idea, just don't go overboard and be sure to eat plenty of nutritious meals 2) talk to your parents about meal planning and see if you can all come up with healthier meals together. there are plenty of sites with healthy recipes around Smile 3)biking is a fun way to workout Smile

I always come up with a great workout routine, and am really excited about it. Until its time to do it! Any advance on how to stick with it? I need to get in shape!




Hey Chickie, I totally agree that summoning up your energy to go through with a workout is the hardest part of actually working out. Grab a friend who has the same goals as you and set up a specific time to work out every day. This way you can hold each other accountable. My best friend is my workout partner. Keeping the same time is important too, so then you don't procrastinate. And keep your goals in mind by writing them down. A little motivation can go a long way.

Coconut water or chocolate milk after a hard workout are great choices to help rebuild muscle.
