I used to have a crush on this guy. The I realized he probably didn't like me back and that I should move on. Well I moved right back... and this time I want to tell him I like him but I'm just not sure how. Is their any advice you can give me?

Why don't you snag his number so you guys can get to know each other more. Than when you think he is also ready,  than just tell him in person how you feel!

Maybe you shouldn't tell him anything yet until you are sure if you like him or not. Goo luck girl!
