I live by the advice to not only worry about cardio. While a lot of times that's what we want to do because we just want to burn lots of calories, you need to do strength training as well in order to get fit and healthy.

My favorite way to work out is to go on my trampoline. I practice front walkovers, front-handsprings, and drop sits. Although its a little bit dangerous, especially if you don't have a net, its a great way to get a really great workout in while still having tons of fun. It's a more fun version of jumprope!
