mod mod mod can you get that flexible if you do the butterfly stretch everyday ?



Hey Girl, in order for you to become super flexible, you have to stretch all of your muscles and not just one spot. So try out a bunch of different moves. You also have to remember to be careful so you still exercise along with stretching.
