Hey girl, the best way to be your healthiest self is to eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise regularly.  Check out the GL Health and Fitness page.  If you're serious about losing weight, it's best to talk to your parents about it and see a doctor or a nutritionist so they can advise you on the healthiest way to lose the weight.  Good luck!
