DONT CHEW GUM A LOT! It causes TMJ, jaw pain and it really hurts! So don't chew gum to exersize...

I use a pedometer to track my steps, yes they are around 5,000 daily, but I exercise quite a bit throughout the day in other forms like yoga, gymnastics, and biking.
