Hey so I was wondering how I can get rid of fat around my waist. I'm a healthy weight and I exercise often and eat pretty healthy, but I still have a little bit of a muffin top. How can I get rid of it? Because I don't like how it looks when I wear lower cut bikini bottoms and my stomach isn't flat. Are there certain exercises I can do? Like it's not even that my whole stomach isn't flat, just my lower stomach, if that makes sense haha. Thank you Smile
