Please please please answer my friend feel so guilty.
Today was my friends b-day and her parents asked her what else she wanted and when her dad asked she was caught off guard and gave the i don't know answer even though She had something in mind. She loves to read. She wanted a magazine subscription.but was too afraid to say so. So technically her b-days done but She feels so bad like She should have told them but she don't know how. Shes still receiving done of her presents this weekend should she bring it up. She so stressed out.

Hey girlie! She shouldn't stress about this. If I were her, I would politely go up to her dad and say "I was really caught off guard the other day when you asked me what I really wanted for my birthday. If it's not too late, I'd really like to ask for a magazine subscription." She just has to be respectful and polite. As her friend, I'd encourage her to do this, but don't force her. If she doesn't want to bring it up, don't make her. Hope this helps! xx

please answer!!!
so i have this small really embarrassing issue. ok so today was my birthday. and then my parents asked if i wanted anything else for my birthday and i'm like idk but i did but i was afraid to ask. it was a magazine subscription and i want to tell them but it's almost too late now and i feel so bad. and i mean im still going birthday shopping this weekend w/ my dad but im afraid to ask and idk how to bring it up.

Hey girlie,

Why so afraid?  They came up to you asking what you wanted because your parents wanted to know what would make you happiest on your birthday.  Magazine subscriptions are honestly not very expensive, it wouldn't be something that Mom and Dad would deem too much.  Tomorrow, go up to let your parents know that you thought about it and you would really enjoy this one magazine subscription for your birthday.

Uglies is my fave book ever!!! I couldn't get into the fourth book, Extras, because they changed the plot in that one. But the other 3 are all amazing! I highly recommend them!
