Okay, so I am a skinny for a 13 year old girl, and some people call me anorexic. They don't know what it really means and how much it can hurt, but I thought nothing of it. I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I just did and I'm really underweight. I know I'm not anorexic because I love food and I sometimes try to overeat, but I just can't seem to gain weight. I am also quite tall if that makes a difference. My mum is also quite skinny and the people that know me and my food intake say it's just my metabolism. What should I do? And what can I tell the people who comment on my weight?


Hey girlie! Tell the haters that you have a really fast metabolism. If your eating habits are healthy, you should go to the doctor and explain that even though you're eating normally, you can't get up to a healthy body weight. He might be able to give you vitamins or tips to help you get some meat on your bones. Protein protein protein! xx

Ok, this is a kind of embarassing question. I'm not really comfortable with tampons, but they'd be better during marching band and I wouldn't have to make excuses to not swim with my family over summer if I used them. What do I do?
