Hey girlie, I think any workout will help you get in shape, and if you want more exercises you can do between cross country practices, you could ask your coach for some extra ideas!

Plz help!! Okay so I started my period Monday and I have my dance recital tom. and I want to know if there is anyway to make my period end sooner. I do not feel comfortable wearing a tampon so plz don't suggest that. Can I lov=ke drink lots of water or exercise a lot?? Plz helo me

I have excess fat on my hips and inner thighs. I do at least thirty minutes of cardio monday through friday and 30 minutes of strength training three days a week. and then I do a hiit training a couple times a week. do you think this will get rid of it? if not, what will?

Hey girl! Sounds great, just don't expect results right away. Keep at it for a few months and don't be discouraged if you can't see a big difference - you are changing your body for the better from the inside out, every day. Good work! xx
