Hi girlie! Try doing some sit-ups the old fashion way or planks. Literally any exercise that is for strengthening your core will help you out. Read our article on 5 Speedy Moves for Flat Abs here. In the meantime, try wearing bottoms that are low rise and aren't too tight. You might be creating the muffin top if you're wearing bottoms that are too small.
