my grandpa unexpectically died Monday and I just cant stop crying about it I haven't got anything done since! and now I have to go and read a speech in front of a million people without crying how can I get over it?

Losing a grandparent is really tough. The best people to talk to about it are your parents, sibs and the rest of your family. It's super important to be there to support one another. Just take one day at a time.
