The lettuce wraps sound good I think a tuna fish salad inside the lettuce wrap sounds good
so does a shrimp lettuce wrap I also wanna make smoked salmon and cream cheese wraps Smile
oh and the Greek yogurt dressing for the pasta sounds yummy

Take sundried tomatoes, basil, and olive oil and toss it in the food processer. Process it so that it is smooth but still a little chunky. Add salt and pepper to taste and you have a great tomato basil pesto that you can put with anything! I like it with hot penne pasta, but its probably great on cibatta bread!
