I am trying to lose about 10 pounds and eat healthy. I have a good workout routine established and am very active, especially during the summer when I am at the barn at least four hours a day. However, at a certain time every day, I tend to fall down on my eating and eat unhealthily, sometimes to the point of binge eating. How can I combat this short lapse in self-discipline and control that is ruining my whole diet plan?

 

Hey chica, binge eating is super unhealthy. The only thing you can do is make sure you aren't starving yourself and eat about 4-5 small-portioned meals a day. That way you are in control of your appetite. Self-discipline is self-taught! You can do it! xx

I've recently become jealous of one of my friends. every time I see her, she's always talking about fun stuff she does. for example, a few days ago, she held a pool party at her house, without me! I thought we were friends! I felt jealous because I don't have a pool or I wasn't invited. I feel really bad because I'm becoming jealous of everything she has and does, and it's driving me crazy! please help! thanks SOO much!!!

 

Hey chica, you should never be jealous of everyone because what you have, she doesn't! There's only one you and you're fabulous. If you want to be a part of the fun things that she does, then ask her if you can tag along next time when she's done telling her story! Being jealous isn't healthy for you. xx

I have some belly fat and i don't feel comfortable in bathing suits but i wanna go swimming and go to the beach like everyone else. i'm not fat but i'm not as skinny as i used 2 b so that bothers me. I'm trying to lose weight but until then can u pls help me boost my confidence? and i'm also super self-conscious and don't feel free going to the beach alone so i rly need ur advice on what 2 do. tnx Smile

 

Hey chica, first of all--Love your body no matter what! Own it! You have to work with what you have and make it as fierce as you can! Confidence comes from within. So make sure you point out all the positives about yourself before pointing out the negatives. Also, remember curves are beautiful and the guys seem to agree ;) Good luck! xx
