Okay, I really wanna eat healthy but we don't have a lot of money to buy a bunch of healthy foods for me. I do exersize though, but i cant really eat healthy. I don't drink pop though. Please help! Thanks!
Hey girlie, you can eat healthy on a tight budget. Look for fruits and vegetables in the grocery store's weekly sales. Canned and frozen vegetables tend to be inexpensive, and are usually just as good for you as fresh ones. Try to get at least one serving of fruits/vegetables with each meal, and you'll have a good start to eating healthy.
