MOD! I've had a crush on this guy since the beginning of the school year. Now that its summer and I don't see him I keep having dreams about him. I keep watching his YouTube videos and I feel creepy. My heart feels like its empty. I'm really shy and most guys don't approach me because I'm really difficult to talk to. He tried talking to me and we had about 3 conversations that year. I thought he liked me and he seemed interested, but towards the last 2 months of school it seemed like he didn't like me anymore. Now I'm wondering if it was something i did or he thought i wasn't interested and decided to give up on me. We only had one class together last year and next school year we're going to have 3 classes together. I will see him more and I'm really nervous about going to school next year. I'm afraid he will ignore me or not be interested. I feel like I'm not good enough for him. I'm just a mess right now and I'm probably over thinking everything, but I just needed to talk to someone.
Hey medapop, no worries. Everyone goes through that period when they feel ugly and lame, so you're def not alone. It may not have been that he didn't like you, but since you're difficult to talk to, he may have thought you weren't interested in him. And don't feel creepy about the YouTube videos. I mean he put them online for people to look at right? He's probably happy he's getting so many views. Now if you were leaving crazy comments beneath all videos, then yeah that could be a little strange lol. Don't ever feel like you're not good enough for anyone. I know that can be hard to accept sometimes, but you have to realize how good you are. When you see him wave and say hi. You could even mention that you saw one of his videos. You've got time to figure out how you wanna approach him. We'll come up with something. Hope this helps! Xoxox

Mod! Hi So I've been pursuing this guy for awhile now, and he finally suggested we hang out! (In more than just a friend way). We're going to play tennis together (alone) and get ice cream. I need some first date advice though...I mean, I'm 17 and have never done this before. Do you have any tips?
Hey girlie, just be yourself. I know probably everyone tells you that, and it'll be harder since you might be a little nervous. But it's the best advice I can give you. You want him to like the real you, not someone you're pretending to be. And if he doesn't, that's his loss.
