MOD MOD MOD Okay so my little brother has been really annoying lately he keeps trying to sleep in my bed with me, is going through my stuff, acting like a know it all, and whenever I have friends over or I'm just hanging out with them at there house he tries to tag along and I never get to do what I want with my friends cause it's always about him cause they're parents think he's really cute and stuff. So I asked my mom once if it could just be me and my friends this time and she said no and also I never Get anytime to my self cause he always want to play with me I tried introducing Him to some friends his own age but he still wants to hang out with me instead. I love him and all but I really just want some space what should I do!
Hey girl! Unfortunately, what you're describing is pretty standard little brother behavior. Tell him he's not allowed to sleep in your bed with you or go through your stuff and talk to your parents about those issues again and let them know how much those things bother you. Also, talk to your friends. If they don't want him tagging along with you guys either, someone's parents might be more likely to let you all hang out girls-only. xoxo

I babysit for two girls, one is going into pre-K and one is going into first grade. The older one provokes the younger one into giving her what she wants, says very mean things to her and today, she hit her with one of her toys. Neither of them have manners, although the younger one is a lot easier to handle. The older one is also very disrespectful to me, today she shouted at me to do something for her! How do I handle these situations?! I try to be assertive but it doesn't always work.
Thanks so much xxxxx
Hey girlie! That sounds tough! Try talking to their parents and asking if there are any tips of tricks to keep the girls from fighting. If their parents don't have any, come up with your own methods, like having the girls play on seperate sides of the room or find a good way to distract them. Stay strong and don't give into everything, eventually this girl will start to respect you. xoxo

I babysit for three kids (4, 4th grade, and 5th grade) 5 days a week/8-4. The two younger ones are boys, and the oldest is a girl. I'm running out of things to do with them! They love to watch movies, so we've been doing that quite a bit, and we'll go to the pool at least twice a week. The 4th grader likes to play catch outside in the afternoon, while the youngest is napping, but I can't seem to get the oldest to want to do anything. Do you have any suggestions for some fun ideas? Thanks!!
Hey! You just have to focus on her interests and see if there's an activity that caters to them. it might seem hard if she acts bored all the time, but is there a book series or movie she really loves? you could start a mini book club with her where you both read something and chat about it when you see her. Or you could make up an outdoor game to go along with the movie she likes. hope this helps!

MOD!!!! ive been talking to this guy for a couple months and weve been seriously flirting. but he has a girlfriend that moved cross country a couple weeks ago. he only texts me like once a week and just suddenly stops texting back. he keeps telling me that he likes me and that he just needs time to move on from his GF and that we're gunna end up,dating, but at the same time he's still with his GF? and last night one of his friends texted me and said that this guy was just using me when his GF was ignoring him. when I confronted him about it he said that he didn't tell his friend what was going on and that his friends should stay out of it. I want to believe he likes me but lately I have no clue what is going through his head but im afraid of losing him. what do you think is going on??? please help me MOD!!!!!!!!
Hey girl, in all honesty, you don't want to be the girl on the side and that's what it seems like he's doing to you. if he has a GF he shouldn't be texting you and leading you on, especially if he hasn't broken up with her. Give it some space and some time and he'll come around when he's ready. In the meantime, just move on to the next cutie!

Sorry I keep posting questions! This is like my 3rd :/ But I just got a GL account and was wondering some things.
My mom finally let me wear makeup, but I have NO idea what products/brands to use! What's a natural makeup look I could do? Thanks
Hey GL girl! Every girl needs these basics: mascara, a fabulous black/dark purple/dark brown eye shadow color, red lipstick, pink lipgloss, waterproof eyeliner, blush, concealer, and bronzer. If you're going for a natural look, use concealer for under your eyes (to hide dark circles), and put on a bit of black mascara; you'll look great, and it'll brighten up your skin and make it look healthier! Eyeshadow is great for parties or important events- but keep it simple during the day with a simple mascara or eyeliner. Lipstick is also a great go-to beauty item, and a shade of light pink is a great shade for the day (it's more natural, too). For evening, try wearing a bright red or dark purple lipstick. Blush should be applied with a fairly large brush, and different blushes come in a bunch of shades. Light pink is a great blush shade. During winter, bronzer makes your face look a bit tanner/healthier, and a bronzer-blush combo always works for me! Concealer is also a great beauty basic, and it hides your blemishes/makes your skin smoother. When choosing a concealer, make sure it's similar to your skintone.
Good luck, GL girl! You're gonna look great!
