So tomorrow i have my yearly checup at the doctors and ive gained a whopping 19 pounds but only grown 1.5 inches in height. But i have grown wider hips, a fuller chest and muscles etc. Im just really not sure if this is ok or not, im really worried the doctor will say soemthing negatively. helpp!
Hey girlie, just wait and see what the doctor says. You tend to gain weight during puberty as your body develops into an adult. You're probably fine. But if the doctor tells you that you should eat better and exercise more than that's alright too.
