I've been working out more, and have been realizing more and more zits all over my face. Yes I wash my face right after a sweat sesh, but they keep coming up! It looks like I have a mustache and beard of zits! Is this correlated with the working out? how do I stop it?
Hey chica! It may have to do with the work out, but if your breakouts are in a specific area, it may be caused by other issues. Next time you head to the doctor, ask them what's up with your face- they may be able to help you out with it! Good luck! xoxo

MOD MOD MOD I am going into 8th grade in less than two weeks. There are these twin military girls in my grade and they are kinda nice i guess, but whenever they are around EVERYONE (and im not exagerating) WORSHIPS them. When i walk down the hallway with my close friends and the twins come over and all my close friends TOTTALLY IGNORE ME!! TO make matters worse they get invited to everything im invited to so im invisible at everything. When ever I try to plan a sleepover everyone wants them to come over. I dont want to (and dont know how to) tell my friends or them im feeling left out. What should I do????
Hey girlie, if you don't tell your friends how you're feeling nothing is going to change. Even if you just pick your closest friend and tell her that you feel ignored when the twins are around it might help.

A person should change their shampoo every six months because the hair will get used to it and does not get clean.
