How can I get a safe and effective energy boost?


Hey girlie, working out can give you an energy boost. Staying hydrated by drinking your 8 glasses of water a day gives you more energy. Healthy foods with protein like almonds are a great energy boost. Bananas are also really energizing.

How can I get rid of acne scars easily/quickly?


Hey chicky! First of all- don't pick at them! that will only make them worse.  Head to your dermatologist for stuff that can help ya heal up old scars.   There are also some over the counter creams, but they can be expensive and tough on your skin, so check with your parents and doc before ya use them! xoxo

Hey chica! Ponytails are tough in school pictures- sometimes having all of your hair pulled back makes you look a little funny.  If you don't want to rock your hair half up or all the way down, try a low side ponywith a side part.  You'll look cute and it's not too fussy.  As for your face, make sure you come to school with a clean face and bring some oil blotting paper to use a few minutes before your picture time.  I'm sure you're going to look great! xoxo
