I've been a very picky eater since I was little but it's kind of annoying now that I'm older (12) but I can't get myself to try new foods I'm also kinda skinny. Do you have any advice on getting over/helping my pickiness and trying new foods?
Hey girl! Challenge yourself to try one new food a week. Even if you just try one bite, you may be surprised how many things you don't dislike as much as you thought you did. xoxo

Ok I am almost 13 and my brother just turned 9. My family is doing foster care once my parents get certified in about a month or two. I am all on board with this and so is everyone in my family. But we are going to foster a sibling group of 3 or 4 kids younger than my brother (so like 0-8 yrs old.) BTW me and my lil bro will get our own rooms and the foster kids will share 3 rooms so that wont be a problem. So heres my question, what are some ideas to help everyone feeling comfortable in the new situation??????(including myself cuz ill go from having one sibiling to 4 or 5!! and we might adopt them.)
Hey girlie! Good for your fam for helping out a group of kids who need it! Your new foster siblings may not want to jump right in to being close with your fam- they may be a little overwhelmed. Try coming up with fun games you all can play to get to know each other better (a family board game night might be a fun way to do that), and try having a movie night where you watch one of your foster siblings' fave movies. You'll feel like you know them better, and they'll feel like their one of the fam. Getting so many new people in your house may be overwhelming, too, so maybe talk to your parents about something you can do with them once in awhile to make sure you're getting the attention you need. Grocery shopping alone with your mom or dad, or taking a walk alone once in awhile with them will keep ya from feeling like your new sibs have taken over! Good luck xoxo
