I have my senior pictures this weekend and what are some things I can do so my body looks its best in the pictures (more like last minute toning my arms, abs, and maybe legs?)

Hey bridgge2010, be sure you get enough sleep so you won't have any bags or dark circles beneath your eyes. It may also be beneficial to wake up a few minutes to an hour earlier so you have enough time to do your hair and makeup and pick out your outfit. Other than, remember to smile. Xoxo Smile

Another thing to do is yoga. on youtube, you can find videos on yoga moves and it is really relaxing. play some nice music while doing it and you are set.
