My crush acted weird when I mentioned another guy. What's that about?


 
My crush and I are on the indoor swim team together. The other day I mentioned that this other guy gave me his number and said I was really pretty. My crush changed the subject really fast and got kind of huffy. Does this mean he is into me? He also mentions working out a lot.

His Answer: According to Adam T., “This could be a sign that he is jealous, usually meaning he likes you. And when a guy talks about working out, it’s often to impress a girl.”
Decoded: Bringing up other guys in front of your crush obviously pushes his buttons a little bit. It’s clear that he feels something for you or he wouldn’t get so uncomfortable when you tell him other guys are interested.

Your Move: Tell your crush how you feel. Make sure he knows that you’re not bringing up other guys with him just to make him jealous, but that he is the one you’re interested in. His actions indicate his feelings for you so use that to your benefit and find the confidence to ask him out!
