A few weeks before the Homecoming dance, a guy friend texted me and asked me if I was going to go. I said I was going with my friends. When I asked him if he was going, he said he had a girl in mind but didn't know how to ask her. So I was giving him ideas, including writing a cute note. The next day I kept asking him who it was. At the end of the day, he handed me a note and told me he wrote her name on it. The note was actually his way of asking me to Homecoming in this cute poem all about me. Needless to say, I said yes!
