You won’t regret eating this *nice* cream

Let’s be honest, ice cream is irresistable. Having a few bites after dinner can easily turn into eating a whole pint of Ben and Jerry’s in one sitting. It happens to the best of us! What would you say if we told you that there’s a way to enjoy all of your favorite flavors of ice cream without any of the guilt? We love this recipe for banana “nice” cream, that allows you to indulge in a healthy way. This is also a great ice cream alternative for anyone who is vegan!

This recipe is so simple that you can add different ingredients, and customize your dessert to make it exactly how you want it.

Preparation:
Place two large bananas in a ziploc bag and freeze overnight. You could freeze even more so that you’re prepared to make this nice cream every night of the week!

Directions:
+ When you’re ready to make the nice cream, take out your bananas from the freezer and throw them into a blender, food processor, or nutribullet.
+ Blend until the bananas are smooth and have reached a consistency similar to that of ice cream.
+ Serve and enjoy!

If you want to make some different flavors, we’ve got you covered. Here are some ideas to help you get  inspired.

Chocolate:
Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract into the blender with your bananas.

Peanut Butter:
Just add a scoop of peanut butter and a pinch of salt in with the bananas!

Mocha:
Add one teaspoon of espresso or coffee powder, 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder in with the bananas. Stir ¼ cup of chocolate chips into the blended mixture for an extra crunch.

These recipes are a perfect way to enjoy your favorite sweet treat without any guilt. You could even try them out for breakfast

Which of these flavors are you dying to try?
