MAKE IT CUTE

DIYs

This easy Christmas craft will turn your room into a winter wonderland

Love the holidays—but not going crazy with the hall-decking? This simple, pretty decoration is easy to make and will add just the right about of holiday sparkle to your space—perfect for your next sleepover (or even just facilitating visions of sugarplums). The best part? It's not just for Christmas. Change up the colors for V-Day, Fourth of July, or whatever holiday has you feeling festive. Fa la la la la!

What you'll need:

Round balloons (any color you want)

Empty toilet paper rolls

A holepuncher

Aluminum foil

String

Hot glue

Regular glue

Glitter

What you do:

1. Blow up the balloons (obviously).

2. Cover your toilet paper rolls with the aluminum foil, trying hard to keep it as smooth as possible.

3. Holding the roll like a cup, punch a hole on each side of the top opening.

4. Hot glue the roll to the balloon.

5. Let dry.

6. Run the string through the holes in roll and hang up!

Optional: If you want, you can create designs on the balloons with glue and then shake glitter over them for a sparkly touch.
