MAKE IT CUTE

Kate wore McQueen (and you can, too)!

Well, fashionistas, the wait is over. Catherine Middleton's gown was (swoon!) designed by Sarah Burton, who heads up the house of Alexander McQueen. So royal, right? What did you girls think? Did you love her pick or think she should've rocked something else?

While I'm not exactly racing to buy a knock-off (perhaps it was simply Kate's oh-so-serious attitude that influenced my opp), I was thrilled to hear it was done up by the super talented Burton. The dress itself made Kate's waist look teeny (check), had a dash of lace (check) and felt elegant all around (check and check).

And because I can't afford anything from the McQueen line (yeah, you need a princess's budget for that), I'll be painting my nails with the next best thing: Butter London's polish that was created to honor the late Alexander McQueen. The color is chic and feels totally appropriate on this royal day. Here's to Kate and Will!
