Sure, you could grab an already-made clay mask for a big-box store in your area. But we love the idea of using fresh, farmers’ market ingredients to rejuvenate our faces. Grab a pile of avocados and cut them into small pieces. Then place them into a bowl and mash until smooth. Spread it over your faces, put slices of cucumber over your eyes, and let the goodness of Mother Nature replenish your skin with essential nutrients.
