Brew a butterbeer float


There’s finally a way to enjoy my two favorite things at once—Harry Potter and frozen summer treats! To get you in the mood for the final Harry Potter cinematic release, try making these delicious butterbeer floats. All you need now is a one-way ticket to Hogwarts. Where is the Hogwarts Express when we need it…

Ingredients:

1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

2 teaspoons of butterscotch sauce or syrup

Cream soda

Directions:

Put one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass. Pour cream soda over top, then drizzle the butterscotch syrup over the concoction. Yum!

Toss a paper umbrella on top, and we can see Dumbledore sippin’ this sucker on the beach! Even wizarding headmasters need vacation…
