Super Bowl snacks: Mango guacamole

Liven up the standard chips-'n'-dip spread with a dash of mango madness in your guacamole. This recipe from IMUSA takes the Hispanic favorite (and party staple) to a whole new level. Get ready to have all your buds begging for the recipe.
Ingredients:
3 ripened avocados
1 ripened mango, diced
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
3 tsp salt
Directions:
Mash half of the diced mangoes in a bowl with the back of a spoon (or in an authentic molcajete or mortar with pestle--we love this one, pictured above). Add one avocado and mash with mango. Dice the remaining two avocados. In a separate bowl, mix the diced avocado with the mango, lime juice, cilantro, onion and salt. Fold mixture into the mashed pulp and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
