Delish chocolate-covered pretzels

Baking a cake is tons of fun, but let's face it: It takes time to make that baby look and taste amazing. On school nights, especially, you need a homemade treat that you can whip up in just a few minutes (uh, with minimal clean-up, natch!). And we've got just the thing...

Ingredients:

Semi-sweet chocolate chips (we used about 6 oz. to dip two dozen pretzels)

Pretzels (any shape will work, we used the classic twist)

Directions:

1. Cover two cookie sheets with wax paper. Set aside.

2. Pour your chocolate chips into a heatproof bowl and place in microwave. Heat at 30-second intervals on high until mostly melted. Use a spatula or spoon to stir until smooth.

3. Dip the pretzels into the chocolate and roll to coat. Use a spoon to cover, if necessary. Place on waxed paper to set.

4. Eat up!
