Fruit Parfait


Cut up your fave fruits and mix them into a bowl or cup of plain yogurt. Put it in the fridge and let the mixture chill. Enjoy this ultra-easy snack by itself or with some granola for a healthy boost to your snacking! Use strawberries, cherries or blueberries for some color in your yogurt!
