Snack Bars


Man your hibernation station! Squirrels aren’t the only ones prepping for the long, cold months ahead. Mix up a match of these yummy treats. Packed full of protein and fiber and all things yummy and wholesome they will keep you going when the weather makes you want to curl up in bed.
 
Ingredients:

 
1 1/2 cup whole oats
1 cup sunflower seeds/peanuts/almonds
1 cup popped white popcorn
1 cup dried fruit of any kind
Honey
 
Directions:
 

Add all of the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup  of honey. Mix together until the dry ingredients are sticky. Place a piece of parchment paper in a square baking dish. Spread the mix into the dish and allow it to set for a few hours.
