Back to school got you bummed? The lazy days of summer are officially over. It’s back to hitting the books, soccer practice and of course, the dreaded, waking up early. As if simply getting out of bed in the morning is hard enough, how about finding time for breakfast…and a healthy one at that. Well we can help with that! You’ve heard it a million times, “breakfast is them most important meal of the day.” And we agree. Here are some healthy tips to making breakfast your newfound favorite meal.

1.) Peanut Butter and Banana Pancake: Prepare one frozen pancake as indicated on the packaging. Spread with peanut butter, then top with sliced bananas. Roll up the pancake and go.

2.) Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffin: Toast one English muffin. Meanwhile, place one egg and a drop of milk in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. For the last 20 seconds, cook 2 slices of microwaveable bacon. Place the egg on one half of the English muffin, top with bacon, a slice of your favorite cheese and the other half of the muffin.
