Super Bowl Snacks!

Gearing up for the big game? It's not a football fiesta without all the right food.

Touchdown Taco Dip
What You’ll Need:

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 can of Hormel chili (with or without beans)
1 8 oz. bag of Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 8 oz jar of guacamole *optional*
Toppings of your choice: Olives, jalapenos or chili peppers
1 9-inch pie plate

1 bag of your fave nacho chips 


What You’ll Do:

Use guacamole as your bottom layer (this recipe works with or without)
Smooth cream cheese over pie plate
Smooth chili over cream cheese
Distribute shredded cheese evenly over top
Add toppings of your choice
Bake in oven on 350 'til cheese is melted
Serve with nacho chips


Party Pizza Bagel
What You’ll Need:

6 plain bagels
2 bags of mozzarella cheese
2 jars of pizza sauce
Toppings like: pepperoni, olives, jalapenos, extra cheese


What You’ll Do:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Slice bagels in half
Spread pizza sauce on each half
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on bagels
Add your favorite toppings (psst! Mix it up for variety!)
Place bagels in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
Take bagels out of the oven and let bagels cool for 2 minutes before serving


Cheesy Piggies in a Blanket
 
What You’ll Need:

1 package of Hillshire Farm Li’l Smokies (about 32 in a pack)
1 package of Pillsbury breadsticks
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 ungreased cookie sheet


What You’ll Do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut one breadstick into eight strips
Sprinkle small amount of cheese on each piece
Roll each Li’l Smokie into a strip
Place strips on the cookie sheet
Melt a tablespoon of butter in the microwave for 30 seconds
Brush the melted butter on the Li’l Smokies
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool for two minutes and serve with condiments
