Killer bodyweight workouts to try at home

 

For our movers and shakers: Just because you're on the go doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your physical health. While there aren't always enough hours in the day to make it to the gym there are *tons* of amazing workouts you can find online to do in the comfort of your own home or hotel room. We've rounded up a super list of some of the best bodyweight workouts you can do to stay in tip-top shape 24/7—no equipment neccesary!

1. Total Body 

 

This three part circut workout hits your upper body, lower body and abs in under 30 minutes. Follow it up with a good post-workout stretch and you're ready to start your day. 

2.  Cardio HIIT

 

If you're looking to really get your cardio in, this full body HIIT routine will have you sweating in a matter of minutes. Don't be fooled by how short it is...we promise it's a toughie. 

3. Fitness Blender

If you prefer a guided video routine, Fitness Blender's YouTube channel is an amazing resource to cover all your workout needs sans equipment. From pilates to cardio, upper body workouts and more they've got you covered. Their 20 minute butt and thigh workout is the real deal. 

4. Blogilates

Pilates isn't just for your mom. This POP pilates workout is super intense and a great way to mix up your workout. Trust us, the toned tummy routine will have your abs burning! 

5. Crossfit

 

It doesn't get much more intense than doing a crossfit workout in your living room. This is another high intensity session with lots of reps so have your sweat towel and water bottle close by. 

6. Popsugar Fitness

This channel is dedicated to giving women loads of insipiration and great workouts they can do almost anywhere. The 15 minute total body workout is great for toning up your bod and getting you energized to take on the day.  

7. Upper Body

 

A lot of the focus for women when exercising tends to be legs and abs but taking time to scuplt those arms is the difference between looking good or great in your new tank. Try this no-weight workout here for a fit upper body.
