Eat Right

Should you nosh a lighter lunch?

A recent study says, maybe! New research revealed that people who ate a smaller lunch like, say, a portion-controlled soup or entrée, ate 250 fewer calories throughout the day (even when they ate whatever they wanted at other meals). While it’s obvious that athletes need to fuel up midday, there’s something to be said for reaching for the half turkey sandwich and a salad over a slice of pizza.
