WE TRIED IT: Greek Yogurt

You've probably had yogurt, but have you ever tried Greek yogurt? The consistency, even the type I tried with 2% milk, was thicker, richer and creamier than normal yogurt. I usually don't really like yogurt—it tastes a little too thin and artificially sweet. But Greek yogurt was totally natural and super-delicious.

The taste was less sweet and a bit sharper than other yogurt. The yogurt I tested out, Fage brand, came with delicious honey on the side. To offset the plainer taste you could also trying mixin' it up with some berries, granola or your fave fruit. It could be a healthy breakfast, a sweet snack or an after-dinner treat.

Greek yogurt's got all the best benefits of your usual yogurt, like better bone health. Bonus about Greek yogurt? It's not as high in sugar as the other choices out there. I would definitely eat it again.
